What a great company! I contact them due to their impeccable reviews online , I am buying a house directly from the seller with no agent on either side. Ms. Michelle Campbell of Scott Titles LLC was the one pick up my phone and she thoroughly went through each step of the process with me and gave me an unbelievably reasonable price. I have to say she and there company did almost all the heavy lifting of the house purchase process. Looking back , I feel hiring an real estate attorney looks almost unnecessary.
