We were thrilled to see a Middletown location open that gave an opportunity for our son to learn piano in a 1:1 setting. The school is spacious and clean with easy parking and plenty of parent seating. Lesson rooms are organized and specialized to the type of instruction. The learning environment is patient, engaging and calm. Instructors and staff are welcoming and generous with their time to teach and answer questions. Online lesson scheduling and resources make everything simple. The quality of the instruction is superb and specific to age and ability, while not lacking classical foundations and instrument understanding. Overall a great experience and highly recommended to anyone seeking a fulfilling musical learning journey for themselves or their children.

My son has started piano lessons at Octopus with Ray and is enjoying them. Ray listened to what style of music he liked and tailored his music plans to fit both his interests and playing level. Its been great.
