The tax preparation service was slow, shoddy and contained errors. As an individual with small businesses, this firm spent little time or effort with us. As a retired tax preparer, I was startled by the errors. The blame was pointed at their computers, which I know was not the case. Then our fees were unexpectedly raised over 10%. Now we are ignored. I would never recommend this firm for anything.

Adriane Shaffer has been my family and small business (solo practice physician) accountant for about 10 years, initially at a previous company and now at Withum, Smith and Brown. Her work has been consistently fantastic. She is very detail oriented, she asks lots of questions to clarify any ambiguities in my information, she helped my son with a complex international work situation, she helped me with the tax filing of charitable donations, and she has provided opinions on many general financial questions over the years. She is reasonably priced and a very pleasant person to work with. I recommend her highly
