We went to a birthday party and I have never felt more annoyed. There was NOWHERE for the parents to hang out. There were 3 tables, which were already taken and skinny metal benches to sit on. So I had to carry the coats the whole time. There weren't enough cubbies for the shoes. And the bin for the presents was ridiculously small and presents were falling out. The room to eat was tiny and I had to ask where the parents were supposed to sit. I was directed to one small table where I claimed a spot while a majority of the parents had to stand and eat. The pizza was ice cold and the soda was flat. If I was hosting this party I would've been embarrassed and regretful of all the money spent.

Great place to host your child's birthday parties. Staff are amazing with the kids and managers do their best to meet all expectations and needs. Definitely recommend the Randolph Pump It Up. Parent's Night Out on Fridays is a plus. Three hours of fun time and dinner included while we run errands or do a date night is great and can't beat the price.
