Avas Flowers

Wish I would have read some of these reviews before I ordered! The arrangement looked very nice in the picture. The flowers were delivered to the right funeral home, but arrangement was not as full as in picture. Also, as I read in one review, I also was told I would receive email confirmation or paid invoice. I have received neither. I called & the woman I talked to said she could not find what I was talking about. Pity! Not a very professional way to run a business!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! The delivery was a day late, the flowers were not what I ordered. Emails contradicted each other, and customer service was bad. This company does not care about its customers. Never again!

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!! I normally don't write reviews but in this case I will. I ordered from Ava's Flowers a Sympathy plant basket. First it cost me over $100 dollars so you would think it would be a nice big basket. Second I was told I would receive a email confirmation and a text message that the order was delivered. Well I didn't receive anything. I go to the funeral home and look for the basket and There was nothing from me with my family's name on it. I called them the next day to see what happened and they told me they were delivered. I told them there was nothing there and they said they would call the funeral home and call me back. Well once again nothing no phone call email or anything. I call today and they told me they were delivered and that the card must have fallen off. I asked them to send another basket to there house and they said sorry things happen and they would refund me $3.99 for the lost card. this is the worst place ever DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!

Absolutely brutal to speak to someone. I was at the wake for basically a brother to me who’s father passed away and the set never came. They wanted to send another the day after being on the phone for half a hour. They type of moments u don’t need additional stress and I was left hanging and humiliated.

Flowers have been ordered and paid 1 week in advance. On the day of delivery I received a message - Flowers delivered! This was NOT A TRUE!! after 2 days of calls and messages, Avas Flowers confirmed their fault and promised to deliver the flowers with a nice excuse. Finally, flowers have been delivered to the neighbour 2 days later than the birthday. No excuse, no discount, nothing. Very SAD and UNPLEASANT customer experience. Do not recommend them!
