Made an appointment for 6 pm six months ago--even got a reminder the day of confirming that was the correct time. I drove 30 minutes to the office, and got there at 5:50 pm. It was closed. I did not get the days wrong. I did not get the time wrong. Either the office changed their hours of operation or they left early for the day. Regardless, I was not informed. Do not go here. They gave me a root canals few years ago without properly cleaning the tooth out. It is now infected and causing immense pain. They also failed to clean out a regular cavity which led to me needing another root canal. Do not go here.

Can you imagine trying to find a dentist only to find that the dentist is unknown and the office personnel will not reveal any information about him until you make an appointment and then only when you come into the office for the exam will they tell you the dentist's credentials. Well this is the case with Dr. Eli Jankelovits. He doesn't appear anywhere as having credentials and the office manager told me if I didn't like this set up to just go find another dentist. This is a scary place and should be avoided like the plague! I never heard anything like this...ever! I had an amazing first experience here, but lately, they continuously keep trying to change my after work appointment to an earlier time. My first appointment they completely changed on their own. I told them I could not come in earlier than 5:30 so I rescheduled , and they called again to move my appointment up. Im not sure why they are open until 7 if they keep trying to change the time of my appointment. Makes me feel like theyre going to just rush through my appointment so they can go home. Very disappointed with this office and their doctors. Not only can't they keep an even remotely on time appointment, these doctors don't even appear to know what they're doing. I saw Dr Patel in January, he did a few fillings and said ok you're good see you in 6 mo. Six months later I returned for my cleaning and saw Dr "G". I didn't even know the office had a second dentist besides Dr. Patel or that I would be seeing her. This Dr G tells me, 6 months later, I need thousands and thousands of dollars of work. When I expressed concern to Dr G about the cost of all of this, she told me " it wasn't her job to explain the cost to me just to relay the information." With her horrible bedside manner, she informed me I needed an extraction, bone graft, implant, three fillings and a crown on another tooth...she offered no alternative, even though I know a bridge is an an alternative, I had to suggest it. Needless to say I was very upset and confused about how things had gone so wrong in only 6 months. I left the office requesting that Dr. Patel call me to explain. It took four days and three phone calls to get a call back from Dr. Patel who I never actually spoke with. After waiting 4 weeks for my follow up consultation appt with Dr. Patel, I just now returned home from waiting 40 min in the office for Dr. Patel... only to find out they rescheduled my appointment with Dr G. I asked if the office even knew what my appt was for. I explained I was very upset with Dr G and her evaluation and was there waiting for 40 mins to speak with Dr Patel, who wasn't even available. They also kept my daughter waiting 45 minutes for a cleaning on a previous visit. The office called to move our appt, a second time, and I told them my daughter could not come later as she had work. They said ok we will keep her appt as is, then just kept her waiting anyway. I will not be returning to this office nor do I recommend them to anyone...unless you enjoy unprofessional, uncaring, disorganized and unreliable care.
