Horrible costumer service! They dont give any useful information. Been there a few times. Went to an another place and it was much much better. Dont recommend.

The guys at Model Electronics are awesome! Ive had two aftermarket CarPlay units installed in my cars and their work is top notch. Clean, professional, knowledgeable and super client focused these guys are the real deal. I wont go anywhere else for my automotive electronic needs. Thanks!

Had a new radio/ back up camera installed in my 2013 VW Beetle because the dealership could not do it. They recommended Model Electronics. Very easy process and super fast. Andy was very knowledgeable with every question I had and asked. They went over the whole radio system with me when they were finished. Everyone was extremely professional and nice and I would I highly recommend them to anyone that needs electronic needs for their car.

These guys do substandard work. I brought my new Tacoma in for soundproofing, heated seat install and a new set of speakers. I spent almost $3K, and heres what I got. When they reattached my seats after installing the soundproofing they bolted through the foam, gumming up the bolts and leaving the seats unattached in the rear. One of the speakers was defective - they simply didnt test them. For the heated seats, the left and right switches were installed on the wrong sides of the vehicle, and another switch in the dash was put back upside down. The window switch in the rear driver side door was not reconnected after they took apart the door and put it back together. Finally they didnt reconnect my shifter lights in the center console so at night I couldnt see what position my shifter was in. I spent several hours fixing all these issues myself. I will not be recommending these guys to friends, or using them for anything in the future.
