Columbia Bank

I miss RSI. I always knew how much was in my account through their app. This one with Columbia Bank is horrible. I never get a clear statement of account. Things are pending for days at a time. Also, a FEE just to check your balance from an ATM?!!! Like I said I miss RSI BANK. I need to shop around for a new bank.

Without Change there would be no Butterflies..I have given Columbia Bank three chances....now it's time to close ALL accounts!

I never had any issues with staff when it was RSI either drive thru or lobby. My first experience with Columbia IRL was to be left waiting at the drive thru after sending the empty cartridge and stating i was there for checking withdrawal. i was told OK and the all three people that had been chatting in the drive thru area disappeared to the lobby.

I have had an a account here since I was a child, maybe 10 years old. I now have 4 accounts and my gs troop banks here too. I have had some small issues but everyone bends over backwards to fix it to YOUR liking. I also love walking into a bank and people know who you are. Never experienced that at other larger banks. I'm not going anywhere for awhile. Unless I leave the state, This is my bank for life!!! This is for RSI not Columbia bank.
