The UPS Store

I have sent two packages at this store in the past. I have had an excellent customer services by staff. Staff were friendly and helpful in making sure the address and all the details of my packages are in order. I would highly recommend this store to any customer.

Went in to pick a package up for my fiance. They said the name OR address has to match. My address matching apparently wasnt enough even though the very nasty old woman that works there said it had to match the name OR address. So much for my diabetic fiance having his supplies when he needs them. Also, giving a response that completely contradicts what your employees did and not even offering an apology for their rudeness and unprofessionalism makes me wish I could give you negative stars. And I might add my fiance is STILL waiting for his diabetic supplies. So good job on doing a terrible job. Your employees were NOT going to take a "two point" identification. They were going to give me his DIABETIC supplies, IF my name OR address matched. My address did match and your rude employee changed her story after I told her I would have to get my DMV issues change of address from my car. They were even going to take JUST a tracking number. But when I said I had to go to my car, the old woman that works there chimed in with her rude attitude. Maybe retrain your employees on policies as well as customer service.

The lady at the front desk was not pleasant. She dropped my box which tore and then she’s telling me that it was torn already. Although she was kind enough to tape it for me the customer service quality is quite poor

This UPS store is close to my home. Never a long wait when I go. I get everything notarized here. The staff is always friendly and polite. I’ve been coming to this location for years now, have never had a problem. Love this UPS store.
