The beautiful and polite arrangement carried out by Lauren was a surprise. I precisely removed the chains from the bracelet of my watch and it was easily attended to and in a matter of minutes I was already wearing the new watch. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with Karen Posnan at Hamilton Jewelers in Princeton. I was waiting for a specific watch for so many years that I lost hope but Karen never stopped trying for me. She called me with the good news this week and I picked it up today. She spent time going through the watch and all the little details and made the whole experience great.
