        The taste of the water and ph level is ridiculous. There are other companies providing same system and water tastes better/ neutral. When you call the company they have no idea how to fix the issue of bad taste . And the technician never calls you . The receptionist who answers the call has no idea or basic knowledge of reverse osmosis

        Two years ago I had a new water softener installed by A-1. Within a year it was obvious it wasnt working properly. A technician came and told me it looked complicated and Vinnie would have to come and take a look at it. I made repeated calls and left messages. I never did hear from Vinnie. They were not will in to stand by their work, which was the installation of an expensive new water conditioner. I do not trust the company.

        Very Professional Service. I happened to know the owner Mary and she was great in helping me choose the right unit. Jackie was super professional setting up the appointment and when it was time for the install, Donald and Mark did meticulous work to make sure everything was installed correctly and absolutely no leaks. They also did a good job making sure none of my stairs/walls were damaged in bringing down the unit/removing old water softener unit.

        Back in 2022, I contacted A1 water to install an RO water filter system under my kitchen sink. Met with sakes Manger Joe and a few weeks later job was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. The filtration system they installed has worked perfectly and with no issues. I called earlier this year regarding annual service to system and the customer service representative I spoke to provided me with excellent customer service She advised it was not time yet to schedule service but to call back in a few weeks. I called back to schedule an appointment and they advised that they were too far away and they could not give me date and time when they could come out. Vinnie could even give me the common courtesy of a call back. In my opinion he has no respect for blue collar workers and does not want to be inconvenienced with service calls

      I'm sorry Patricia for the way you feel I think you have your facts backwards because on the occasions I personally attempted to come out and you canceled all three times and back a few months ago you made the same claim in a review and here we are again you making another claim unfortunately I cannot force people to do what they want but I will again offer to you a free service since we actually do stand behind everything we sell you can reach out to the office if you would like to take me up on my offer to you for the 2nd time after reviewing us twice thank you.Vinnie
