Busy Bee Plumbing and Heating

I would like to thank you for a great service. I called few companies to get a quote to replace gas water heater back in June 2021. I decided to go with Busy Bee. We scheduled an appointment. They had water heater make and model that I wanted for a replacement. Came on time on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job! Passed inspection without any problems. They haul away old water heater. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

Dan is phenomenal! He just fixed our leaky sink in less than an hour & everything is perfect. He's courteous, professional, and honest. We can't wait to have him come back to install a water softener in the near future. Thank you TONS!

I called Dan on a Sunday night because my Mom was complaining that the shower had cold water coming out. This had been going on for weeks. I had two other plumbers out to try and fix the problem but they couldn’t. Dan showed up at my Mom’s house on Monday morning and fixed the problem. My Mom was so happy to have a hot shower that she was crying. Dan did a great job, I couldn’t thank him enough. I highly recommend him!

One morning a pool of water collected under my kitchen sink. I'm handy but didn't have the time to deal with plumbing issues, so I google'd and started calling local plumbers. I'm not going to get into how only 2 out of 9 answered the phone, or how the only other one that answered went straight into taking my info so someone could show up and give me an estimate - without taking the 30 seconds to hear me out and give me a simple answer and not waste anyone's time. That leaves Dan. Dan immediately apologized that he was backed up with work and it would be at least a week till he could come out, but he had some numbers of other people he would recommend. I explained what the issue was and he asked that I send him a few photos so he can give me his opinion. He called me back soon after checking the photos and told me it was in fact a pretty easy job and guided me on how to solve it. Gave me a few pointers and things to watch out for too. -- Thank you Dan for not just being a great business operator, but also great quality person!!!!
