    horrible. after speaking to an intake person I waited 2 weeks to hear from them about a therapist to see me. then I was told (after they verified my insurance) that they only accept cash/check . they no longer accept debit cards (HSA debit card) effective January 2023 . waste of my time and quite upsetting when you feel you need to talk to a therapist. should have been told this upfront. office personnel was rude from day 1.

    I called to try and make an appointment and see if they could take my insurance. I was instructed the week prior to call back when they started carrying my insurance. Whoever the receptionist was when I called this week yelled at me because the other receptionist did not take my info down. I didnt realize that someone else not taking my information down when I told them is my fault but apparently it is to this woman. The receptionist is the first impression of a business to its clients and this was certainly a very unpleasant experience.

    The director of this program is horrible. Im going to report this program to the State of New Jersey for poor billing practices. If you are suffering from severe mental health issues do not come to this program you might end up with a bill in collections due to a front office staff that knows nothing about billing. Their program uses a 3rd party to do billing so if theres an issue, they act like they arent responsible. For everyone reading this most suicide deaths on record have shown that their last phone call made was to a person in billing.
