Update they have refunded the second charge very Professional of them Heater was not working called made appointment was told 85.00 to come and Diagnose. Technician said he had found the problem and that he needed to order a part that would take a few days to get. He quoted me a price for the part and cost to install of 305.00 dollars. He also told me that today's cost would be 185.00 because Diagnosis was more involved then normal. They came with the part a week later and installed and heater still not working and wanted 195.00 for today they kept the part and walked away from the job telling me I probably needed a new heater. Got some else to look at unit and in 10 minutes found a loose wire. Heater working fine now Service: Heating system repair

I just realized the only reason these people have any good reviews is because they use a review service that requests you to leave a review and then it filters out the poor reviews. Let’s see if they try to prove me wrong by letting this one stick and stay visible. Everyone I spoke to since yesterday said “why would you use them, they are terrible!†We needed two tub stoppers replaced. Foot peddle tub stoppers. Very straight forward. Also a handle on one toilet. The tech replaces the tub stopper in my sons room upstairs then comes and says “It isn’t an exact fit I couldn’t get underneath there so if you see any water on your ceiling downstairs just call us and I will come right out and handle itâ€. Ummm okay, that sounds insane but okay. I’m working from home and tending to my two year old while this work is happening. As now he’s working on the second tub, I’m on a call and I walk downstairs to grab a document and my feet slip totally out from underneath me and I fall and pop my shoulder out of the socket, hit my back, hip, head and knee on the porcelain floor. Why did I fall you ask? Because there was water streaming out of my ceiling from upstairs which landed on my white porcelain floor which I couldn’t even see because it’s white and I slipped and flew into the air. I go upstairs yelling that there’s water flooding my downstairs. He comes down and looks up and says “yeah we are going to have to cut your ceiling out. What!!! Now the “boss comesâ€â€¦now my husband is home at this time, now I’m absolutely fuming and I hear the boss saying to the worker “I don’t know why you would buy that one it doesn’t fit don’t buy that one againâ€. They try to finish the job and then boss leaves without saying anything. At this time I’m raging because I’m waiting for them to leave so I can go to the hospital! Holding my arm in agony this worker asks me for my credit card? Really?? Not only did you flood my kitchen, I have to cut my ceiling out and I now have torn ligament in my shoulder and knee, you’re not only asking me for payment but FULL payment. Not one person asking me if I’m okay, not one apology, not one we will give you a discount or pay for your ceiling or anything! They are a joke. Services: Toilet repair, Shower repair
