April 11, 2024. 9:40am Terrible customer service. I place my mobile order through the app number #192 on the parking lot which told me it was going to be ready in 15 minutes. I walked in and I was standing right below the sign that reads mobile order pickup and then I was trying to talk to the black lady making the sandwiches but she would just ignore me in multiple occasions. And finally another lady showed up at the food counter and she told me that they took the mobile order to the cashiers Miscommunication and a waste of time. I can understand that people can be busy at work; however, ignoring people on purpose is a huge attitude issue and people such as this individual this shouldn't offer their service in customer/food preparation

Worst place ever , don't buy food there, , whenever I bought food, they mess up my food or they gave too little salad,. And when I told them very nicely about their mistakes, they gave me attitude like I am begging them for food., I am not buying food their anymore even if this was the last wawa in earth..... Peace . Vegetarian options: Very little, not even filled to the line of the bowl, and I told him, and he gave me attitude.
