        The staff is rude and they have no idea about protocols and all they will say is let us check with the provider . All they are worried about is billing and collecting their fee. Very unprofessional location .

        This was the second time I went here,I didn't have my insurance cards, but they were able to take their time out and find my daughters card in the system even though she was never there before. They also were fast and coordinated,same day covid test...good job Chai Urgent Care

        Totally unprofessional and useless. Over the phone I was asked to come at a certain test at 3 pm for a walkin. When showed up there on time, they changed mind and asked to go back and take a appointment. Website and notices posted on the door says walk ins are accepted and all but they change mind to see or not.. guessing doctor was not in good mood..
