        Waste of money and waste of time and u can NOT trust them at all full of lies and they absolutely will NOT honor their warranty

        I am a customer of RainSoft for over a year now, Overall the water system is fine. But the customer service is beyond horrible. Was lied to by the sales guy and my service rep that I would get products like soaps, detergents and cleaners. All was a scam to get me to purchase the expensive system. I am a contractor and could've recommended this product to friends, family and clients. But I dont want to get embarrassed when they tell them the lies and scams to purchase the system. My advise to people that read this is do not purchase and expect the items that they promise to give.
