Finding a competent medical supply company seemed impossible after 7 failed attempts. At Bowman, Respiratory guru Al gave me a lot of useful information during my CPAP fitting and oxygen use. He and the staff at Bowman were great. If you are going to spend the rest of your life with a company, make sure you like them.

Very rude and incompetent people. Been using them for a few years but I am fed up with the rude people who work there who can't seem to get my supplies right. They have sent me the wrong equipment on multiple occasions and then they have an attitude with me when I have to call them to get the correct equipment. I'm looking into switching to a new supplier now.

Extremely unprofessional! Not only do they block the only handicap parking spot with their own vehicle but they made my mother who has very bad knees stand alone in the store and then continue to walk back and forth to the car as we were not allowed to assist her. First and last time purchasing anything here. Im surprised that a medical supply location would be so lacking of compassion for people needing medical supplies.
