I am posting this for my father (not tech savvy) who had work completed by this company. Are you looking to have some remodeling work done around your home? Let me " highly " recommend Keene & Sons. I needed to have some work done and I'm so happy I contracted them!! There aren't enough words to express the quality work they've done. The one thing that really stuck out was the respect & cleanliness they have for your home. You pay each day for the work performed, and their rates were quite reasonable for the work they did. You pay as you go. He explains his rates upfront so there's no hidden cost. If you need any type of work done around your home, don't hesitate, call Keene & Sons; you'll be happy you did. Bill is one of the worst contractors. He did some major renovation work for me. The plumbing work he did for me 4 years ago fell apart in less than a year. He cut corners on installing my Kohler faucet to my brand new tub and the faucet is barely hanging from the wall as it wasn’t installed properly. I spent a lot of money trying to get it redone but the feedback I got from multiple plumbers is that it was very poorly done and would require some major work like breaking walls and re-tile to get it redone. Bill is also dishonest about other things - when he tells you it’s a pass through cost, it’s NOT. It’s a marked up cost. It’s understandable that services are marked up but don’t lie about and pretend that you are doing me huge favor. I will never use him nor recommend him as I’m still suffering from the poor job that he did. Service: Remodelling
