        I set up a mulch delivery a week and a half in advance. Was told that they would contact me to let me know what time they were coming. No one called. I then called the office no one answered the phone for a day and half. Then finally i got a hold of Antoinette and she says she is on phone and will call me back. 35 min later no call back. I called back and cancelled the order. Most unprofessional business i have run into in a while. Do not use this business...awful.

        Mulch Express did a great job on my property. From sending out a quote to scheduling the appointment and coming to do the work they were professional and helpful. Matt answered all my questions in advance and the work was done very neatly. I will definitely call them again next year and recommend to others.
