Lovely bank. After being with a well known, big bank for decades, I decided to try a more local bank. From the first time I called to set up an appt to open an account with them, I was pleasantly surprised. A real person, Leena, actually answered the phone in less than 3 rings. There was no automated system with a bunch of options to finally get to a live person. I had spoken to Leena over the phone and when I walked in for my appt, I was greeted with a smile and by my name. She quickly set up my accounts and answered all my questions. Ive since returned a few times for other transactions and always greeting by a warm welcome and smile from the staff. Leena somehow still remembers my name! Ive dealt with Bobbie for deposits and opening a CD and she is always such a pleasure to work with. It is such a different experience compared to the bigger banks. A better experience. I highly recommend this bank.
