image I went here before they moved a couple of times. I actually liked the doctor and staff at the Carney’s Point location. I started taking my 16 year old there when he was of age, so I have been coming there a while. The wait time is usually horrible. I’ve had to wait in the rain once and snow once as the office hours are open but the office personnel was late. Another person was also waiting there on the rainy day. 2 clients, waiting in the rain, shameful. They then opened in Pennsville and had both locations open and I decided to try the Pennsville location out. I preferred it. Wait time was much better. Employees were all nice, especially Jacquelyn. My problem lately is that after waiting 6 months for my check up, the call and cancel a few days before. This happened twice. After this, they moved into the other location that was a dentist office proper and before that, a car wash. My boyfriend and myself both have tried to get an appointment and they NEVER answer the phone. We thought they were no longer open. We called 3 weeks straight randomly through the week each week and not a single time did a person actually answer the phone. It looks abandoned there so perhaps they’re closed but they should either contact their clients or call them back… Extremely unprofessional.

image I waited two months for my appointment thats how long the wait was, then the day before my signature smiles appointment they left a message on my voicemail to tell me the dentist won’t be in and so I called back to arrange another apt. Well I called and called and called, no answer the last 3 days. I’m over it and going to another dentist and I’ll probably have to wait all over again. My teeth are my priority it should be their priority to help people and do their job.
Maybe your company can hire more people or hire a better team of employees. This place sucks kulki. Ya Kulki.

image Extremely unprofessional. They did not answer their phone for over a week and they do not return voice mail. After finally getting an appointment I walk into find a half dead office. While waiting they inform the only other patient in the room that the hygienist had an 'accident' and will not be returning to work. They send him home without another appointment. I go in to see the dentist who tells me her last day is Thursday and she is only seeing a few patients and that the office is closing. I came for a specific tooth that had cracked, not a general checkup. Knowing this, and knowing the office is closing, the assistant starts taking a full mouth of x-rays (Without My Permission). After the third x-ray, I ask her what she is doing, and again, knowing the office is closing and knowing I came in for a specific cracked tooth, she tells me she thought she would take a full set of Xrays. I stop her and the dentist comes in. She tells me that she can't fill my tooth, I have to have a crown. I tell her my insurance will not pay for a crown and she says she can't put in a filling because it might break (and the sky might fall down!) and she does not want to leave herself open to a lawsuit... Taking unnecessary x-rays, pushing work that she will not be there to complete, these are not things she worries about. But saving a tooth in the least expensive way possible is something she can not do because 'she might get sued'. You really need to wonder why this place is still open, no patients, no hygienist, no dentist but they are taking x-rays and collecting money for work they know they can not complete. Extremely unprofessional.
