As I read these reviews from people like dawn who maintenance has done everything she’s every called for make me wonder what her problem really is.. perhaps she’s been reports for cleaning all the new bags out the dog station right after they’ve been refilled. Or maybe it’s the fact she don’t have a job and all she does is walk her dogs around the complex throwing her trash in the ground.. this lady lost her mind. I have her this but tell her boyfriend she hopes he does of a crack od real winner she is..

The worst apartment complex in this area. Incompetent in every aspect, management, maintenance, customer service, etc. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I cannot wait to move. Overpriced rent for a mediocre apartment. ZERO stars!! Oh and this year, the lifeguard quit and after waiting for a month for a refund, they are only giving HALF the money back. The pool did NOT open on time, was not open most of the days it should have been and closed on July 19th. Should have gotten all the money back since it was open for only 3 weeks!! They breached the contract. Again, DO NOT MOVE here unless you like paying for services and an apartment not worthy of the rent.

Waterside Village is a great place to live. Hiralee at the office is great! She is so helpful and always a pleasure to speak to. Community is very tranquil and I enjoy going on my morning walks. 100% RECOMMEND!
