Service One Associates

Impossible to get a hold of and twice they failed to show up during the scheduled service window. Very frustrating experience.

These people were assigned by HSA to work on my gas furnace. They never called to schedule and after I called them, they NEVER showed up for the appointment. Refused to answer my calls. Sucks

We needed our air conditioner looked at and we have a home warranty and were forced to use this company. No one contacted me - I called probably 20 times and got sent to voicemail until finally someone rude answered and said they would come the next day between 4-7pm. Nobody ever showed, nobody ever called. I left them several voicemails to no avail. Their email doesn’t even work. I just looked at their hours and they closed at 6pm. This is the worst customer service and horrible business practices. Based on the reviews, this clearly happens on a regular basis. You could at least call someone and tell them you’re not coming so we’re not stuck for an entire weekend without AC.

Fast, Effective, Courteous. Fixed a problem after the first company I called tried to scam me out of $1600.
