Cannot recommend this company based on our experience with the quoting process and slow response time to issues. From our mistake, weve learned that its important to get a clear understanding of the cost of materials, types of materials they plan to use and expected number of hours or hourly service fee for smaller projects, so theres a rationale for the price. If theyre being vague or not forthcoming of this information, it might be a red flag. Our family was looking to make some repairs to our old hvac system and install a missing duct to a bedroom. This is our first hvac professional as a new homeowner and unfortunately we were very disatisfied with what seemed like minimal effort and lack of transparency for the high cost they quoted us. There was a different person estimating the work vs doing the work. When the two guys came, they spent an hour shopping for materials then two hours doing the work. We werent happy with some aspect of the work and overall poor communication. Its not a pleasant feeling when you think youre being swindled. To clarify, they collected half of the estimate before the work was completed, we then decided to make other arrangements due to the customer service experience. This is a complaint about the overall process and not any one individual.
