Elite Transportation of New Jersey

Even though I book my appointments early I a Late for my appointments regardless. I have complained and nothing gets done. There were times I had to wait hours just to get home while other people were dropped off. During this time I had a newborn with me. They used to be ok year's ago what happened?

Afternoon driver is terrible. Totally wreck less. Absolutely horrible service. If you can use someone else. The morning driver Luis, very professional. Courteous. A real pleasure to deal with. I wish he could be my driver in the afternoon.

They are THE WORST Transportation company EVER!!! They don’t care, they’re unorganized, and disrespectful liars!! I wish my insurance company was not affiliated with them as I would NEVER pick them as a transportation company let alone work for them!!!

Used 3 times all bad always late today the van would not go over 40 on 295 it was sputtering an shaking. Now I have been waiting hour an half to be picked back up. They keep saying someone will be here. Very condescending.
