Inner Balance Psychology Center

Inner Balance Psychology did not follow proper protocol when treating my teenager; my daughter was hurt in the process. I have called to complain but they have not shown any interest in hearing from me or in improving. Instead I am going to the State Board to file a complaint there.

Please do not go to this place. ALEX EPPLY SCHMIDT should not be allowed to be treating young adults period. The way this poor excuse of a man conducts himself with his patients shows a complete LACK OF CARE for human beings and is plain reckless with his actions. To make major decisions about someones care and then not even follow up per discharge paperwork is one thingbut to turn around and admit that hes not equipped to handle this situation after all IN AN EMAIL after everythings all said and done is completely another. Shame on this coward. When I brought up my concerns regarding his reckless actions and inability to provide adequate care I was completely brushed off by the executive administrator SALLY MANNING. This woman had absolutely no empathy or compassion for the situation which is disheartening considering these are the people representing this practice meant to HELP PEOPLE. We all have loved ones we care about, and want to feel that our concerns are being heard and taken seriously. This could be your son/daughter/loved one! The fact that she seemed as if I was BOTHERING her by voicing my concerns regarding the social workers employed at this practice speaks volumes to the kind of care they offer here. At the end of the day if youre a patient then youre just dollars and cents to them. Disappointing.
