I did not like the experience I had at this bank. They have security at the door and instead of making me feel safe, they made me feel like I was the criminal. I now go to a different chain.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this PNC Bank location in the past year that I've been using it. (I have had accounts with PNC for about 28 years). Most recently, I needed some customer service type support with a business account that required a letter to be written. Joanne Appello picked up the phone and told me she could have it taken care of within 10 minutes. I believe she worked with Carmen Leonardo on it as she is the AVP Branch Manager. i didn't tell them at the time, but this was the THIRD PNC Bank I had called in my area since Last Thursday in an attempt to get this form letter printed and signed. The other branches either required me to make an appointment on a different day, or just didn't return my call. I very much appreciate the excellent customer support of Joanne Appello and Carmen Leonardo. We were in a pinch and they took care of us quickly. Thanks so much!
