My sister-in-law experienced a flat on I-80 in Paterson yesterday afternoon. After a more than four hour debacle trying to deal with Ford's Roadside Assistance (adding any details on that horrendous experience will turn this post into a book), I made a call to P-Town Towing due to both their proximity to the breakdown and their excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. Where Ford was completely incompetent and slow, P-Town was fast and friendly (not an adjective I'd willingly use for most towing companies I've utilized in the past). Just goes to show you that a free service from a manufacturer is worthless if there's no actual service to back it up. Thankfully, P-Town was there to help my sister finally get off the side of a dangerous highway, something Ford was either incapable or unwilling to do. Service: Car towing
