Fled the scene of an accident at Kessler Institute. The car was parked and the Guardian Van hit it parked and fled and was found out and made to come back. Police report and then after reported, lied about their car insurance and as of now they are not insured Will not talk to our insurance company, giving them the runaround. Lying to us on Phone about car insurance. Meanwhile, our car was hit while having therapy and My husband is handicapped and they are liars. Going back to Police Departmeny and if necessary, Small Claims Court.
