Due to lots of business, they were not able to make it in our original work window and had to reschedule for the following morning.  When the serviceman arrived, he was professional, courteous, efficient with fixing my leak, and taught me how to shut off the main water to the house and advised me on water heaters.  I will call them again if I have more plumbing needs.

They installed a 50-gallon water heater in our new home. Everything went well. Price was affordable, and the technician was pretty neat with the installation. It was a pleasure to hire these guys.

We hired them to replace a pipe in the wall which entailed welding and chiseling some of the wall opening.  They also replaced the entire shower faucet unit.  It works like a charm, and looks great.  No damage, only improvement. They were so efficient and professional.   Plus, what an added bonus and delight at how clean they left my bathroom.  Very impressed with the work they did.

Out of the blue, we have our HVAC motor fan broke in our loft, which implied no heating. Ordinarily, that is not an issue in our surrounding area, we just shut every one of our windows. Shockingly, this was directly in the middle of the most terrible cold day. Opening the window was certifiably not a decent alternative. We called the American Way, and they were exceptionally responsive. They gave me a few hints to try to fix the motor fan on my own via telephone to attempt to save me some cash, but eventually, a technician had to show up. When we understood the machine would need to be replaced, they quickly ordered the fan. Given it was a custom order and the fan was deferred because of COVID-19, they made a special effort to call the manufacturing company to request them to get the fan to us. They give legitimate assistance at a sensible cost, what more would you want? I can understand the reason why there are several 5-star reviews for American Way. Service: HVAC repair

Our previous ac unit was ancient. When we moved into our house, it was there; fully functioning. We had it maintained every season for eleven years, and it never created any problems for us. We were also surprised by the resilience of this unit, but it was only a matter of time before it gave out. That time arrived at last. There was a leak in the system, and it was leaking Freon. Looking at the condition of the unit, the technician from American Way advised us to have it replaced instead of wasting tons of money on plugging the leak. Fixing these kinds of leaks is a hit and miss. No technician can guarantee 100% success. Let me make it clear... The technician didn't push us for replacement. We were already thinking about it and his diagnosis just gave us a reason to pounce on it. So it was decided. We had a new unit installed from these guys. They were outstanding. They took care of all the logistics and stress associated with replacing an ac unit. They also made a list of best units according to our requirements. All we had to do was sit in our chairs, relax, and point out the unit which we thought was best. Away went our old ac, and hello new air conditioner. It was a satisfactory experience. This company delivers the best bang for your buck. Hire them. You won't regret it.
