Huffman Koos Corporate Offices

Purchased a bedroom set in September, 2023. First delivery one nightstand was damaged and no hardware for mirror to attach to dresser. Second delivery the sent driver to wrong address. Third deliver, nightstand has gouge in it, no hardware for mirror. Many phone calls later, told furniture is discontinued and i won't be getting hardware. Many messages left with Service Manage Lisa Barkalow remain unanswered. I would advise anyone looking to purchase from Huffman Koos to avoid completely.

I would rate zero stars if I could. My daughter was swindled by the salesman into leaving a $500 deposit. He told if she went home to measure the area and found it wouldn’t fit, she could just call the store to cancel for an immediate refund. Well, we have been calling and asking for the refund, only to be told it takes 7-10 business days! When I ask to speak to a manager, there is none available. I called the corporate office and had to leave a message! Still waiting for a call back. DO NOT SHOP at Huffman Koos. They have horrible customer service! I shopped at Raymour and Flanagan in Freehold and had a wonderful experience!

Ordered and cancelled an order within 24 hours and 11 days later still no refund. No customer service, poor reps answer the phone. No one is willing to help and they lie to you on the phone.

We ordered furniture June 5, 2021 with 8-10 week delivery. 15 weeks later bedroom furniture finally delivered but was so badly broken that several drawers did not open. Finally, after another 12 weeks, we received the furniture we ordered more than 6 months earlier. Tried dozens of times to contact customer service. Line was always busy, think it was off the hook. Salesman was as accommodating as he could be but still waited way too long for furniture. We do not recommend Huffman Koos and will not buy from them again.

Horrible service. We ordered furniture in March and they delivered it in June but it was incorrect furniture. We kept it as per Huffman Koos direction and they will replace it with correct sofa and Love seat. Every time I called the correct replacement date keeps changing. Now when I call the Fairfield , NJ store no one returns my call. You cannot talk to a person. Horrible customer service.
