I used to come to this dentist when I was younger and loved the staff. Now I try to call to make an appointment and keep getting placed on hold for up to 10 minutes. Receptionist doesnt even ask what im calling for either. I also work at an office and would never just place patients on hold for more than 5 minutes.

Doctor made a lot of mistakes that couldve been preventable. Starting with not addressing my concerns when I would continuously tell him my gums were bleeding and not referring me to a specialist. He also performed a root canal and after almost 2 years of me telling him, in every visit, that my tooth would occasionally hurt and him saying it looked fine, he did X-rays and realized I had an infection. Had to refer me to a root canal specialist that couldnt take out what he did because the way he did it, with a screw (horrible work). I had to go back to Dr. Dalessio so he could take the screw out and then go back to the specialist. Also put a crown that is so badly done that theres a gap and food gets stuck there all the time. Now, I have to see a specialist for my gums (periodontist) because what couldve been treated years ago, wasnt properly and I have bone loss. Mind you, I flossed every day, brush my teeth twice daily and used a rinse he prescribed while seeing him. Never addressed any of my concerns. My cleanings were every 6 months but comparing to other dentists Ive been to, the procedure was never done thoroughly and properly.
