Suite Escape Travel

My husband and I first contacted Karen early in 2020 to plan our honeymoon! She helped us choose a beautiful Sandals resort in Jamaica and had the dates and flights finalized for us. Then COVID happened... Since March 2020 up until our trip a few weeks ago, Karen has stayed in touch with us, rescheduled our trip, asked for upgrades (which we recieved!), and answered all of our questions related to the resort and traveling during COVID. We had the most amazing trip this July and can not thank Suite Escape enough!

My husband and I used this agency to plan our honeymoon to Banff, and Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with! We are both very busy and had little time to organize things between wedding planning and work, but Karen took care of every detail. She provided intricate travel documents and itineraries, did excellent research on where to stay and go, and worked with hotel staff to make sure our every need was met during the whole trip. I'm so glad that we had Karen and Suite Escape to help plan this for us! I can't recommend this agency enough. We will definitely be using her again for our future trips!

I used this company to travel to Turks and Caicos for a wedding and at the beginning it was great because not money wasn't put out. But after that it was horrible. They didn't answer the phone i had to email only. We they responded it was about someone else. Wrong information. At the end I inquired about travel Documents that were sent to people in my party, her response was sarcastic and rude. I will never used them nor recommend to anyone.
