Capital One Bank - CLOSED

The worst bank worst service ever !!!!!! They take your Deposit without a problem you go to use your account they tell you your account is frozen you call their customer service number to unfreeze the account you go to use the account the next day they tell your account is closed then you ask for the money thats been sitting in your account they tell you you have to wait 15 days for a check to be mailed out to you !!!!? I have never had an experience like this in my life with any bank!!!!

Terrible customer service. Beatrice tells me work on my signature it’s way off. I didn’t know in 2020 a license, social security number, credit and debit cards wouldn’t be enough ridiculous can’t access my own money without issues never returning to this branch again I’ll work on my signature when she works on her attitude. Doesn’t even hand me the receipt or envelope I had to ask for them and reach over no thank you or have a nice day just gets quiet and awkward not the experience I expect when I use this bank for my construction company
