        fool me once...fool me twice...no, not a third time...a customer that goes back every year to purchase tires (yes, once a year because I drive in average 50k miles/year) you think you get some respect and get the job done right...twice in the roll the tires were mounted without being balanced...how do I know? after experiencing the vibration at high speed, took the car to another place and it was confirmed that the wheels were not balanced...I forgave the first time...I forgave the second...there will be no third time...I'm taking my business someplace else. Without mentioning the air pressure...everytime they were not calibrated...one at 55psi the other at 25psi...really? is that difficult to properly calibrate the pressure to 32 to 35psi? ...you get what you pay for.
