Dr is always moving further away. Cannot diagnose pneumonia and need a pediatric doctor but she doesn't pick up phone calls. This is not the doctor to rely on especially for a toddler. Also she charges you for medical records but never gives them to you. She charges for everything.

My experience with this office has been nothing but stress, frustration and anxiety since my one and only visit in October. The initial visit was strange (an hour wait being the only patient in the waiting room, a $150 deposit on an annual visit my insurance covers 100%, I was told by the doctor she could prescribe me medications that were unnecessary to me right off the bat, told me my heartbeat concerned her - never been told that before, and offered physical therapy for whiplash I mentioned I had from 2yrs ago).Dealing with the refund I was promised was another thing. For one I never received a bill from them in regards to the services I was charged for. I’d be told I’d get a call back but hear nothing until I was able to personally go to the location days later. This happened every single time. Each encounter I was told a different story - there was no accountability from the doctor or her nasty receptionist. I have been met with disrespect, lies & complete lack of empathy. I do not feel like they cared about me as a patient nor did they seem to care for repeat business. Do all the research you can before selecting a doctor and please please please listen to the reviews. I’m so upset by this whole ordeal! And it’s really sad because I am looking to support a black female doctor.

This MD was very disappointing. The callous treatment that was recieved from the MD as well as the rude and disrespectful treatment from her staff. Once I got an initial appt I was a bit put off by the behavior of the MD and chalked it up to fatigue since she is a new mother. Later found out via her staff that her office staff was having huge disagreements that was leading to issues that filtered into the patient care. When I called to speak to the MD in reference to a prescription I was told I cant speak to the MD and she is too busy to call me back. Made an appt and was treated like I dont belong. ALSO on her google page her address is listed incorrectly. When I stated that I wanted my records so that I can take them to another MD, I was informed that they will not release me records because I had not returned to the office to discuss the bloodwork. So MY Medical records are still currently being held hostage by this office. Dr Frazier I guess is a prime example of what social media has done to society and how MD's have become uncaring and callous towards their clientele. We are nothing but a number and how much can your ins pay to them. Sad where our society is going.

She is very rude she's has an nasty attitude, she's very unprofessional she has no patience and I think no one should EVER go to her for health care service's. she's not a good person run!! while you can. she is no help and has no manners at all she has an horrible personality and she's not nice at all please lets take her out of business for good!!!!
