Great staff that truly cares for your pet. They don't push services that are unnecessary just to drive billings like some vets. Always make room for emergencies and help sort through pharmacy issues.

Everyone at PRAH was wonderful. From the front desk reception to the post-surgical follow-up, they genuinely cared about Max. Tricia handled the interaction and billing process with Trupanion, our pet insurance company, with persistence and grace; Erin was a fabulous tech, seeing to it that our skittish little guy stayed calm, and the medical/surgical care from Drs. Goeffrie (pre-op); Emma (dental); and Rosen (post-op) was thorough, skilled and professional throughout. These three really worked as a team! And the bottom line: Max is doing great.
Highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the care our cat Sawyer received from Dr. Emma and her team. Her professionalism and kindness allowed us to bring our beautiful boy home for one more night with our family. It means more than you will ever know.
