Unreliable. First they didn’t show up on the correct date. After they checked my sump pumps, they recommended certain work and said they would be in touch. They didn’t reach out, so I did, repeatedly. Then they promised to send someone the next day but nobody showed. No way to run a business

Sump Pump Gurus services several of our AirB&B properties with sewage pumps and grinder pumps. The service is always great and they work around our guests schedules. When we had an emergency, they were onsite quickly to insure our guest’s stay wasn’t ruined.

Wow. These guys rock! Not only did they fix all our sump pump issues, but they told us everything they were doing. They gave us the option of replacing our 12 year old sump pump instead of fixing the old one. The price wasn't much different and now we have a brand new pump!
