At Papa Razzi, guests will enjoy a taste of Italy without the airfare! Our modern Italian trattoria features made-to-order signature pasta dishes, NO MORE!!! UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!! Menu DECREASED by 75%. Now just mall food junk. NO PASTA on the menu. No more Belinis for brunch. No more brunch menu. We have been going here for 20+ years. Now we have written this fast food mall restaurant off. The new management has KILLED the name and the quality in pursuit of McDonalds style food and environment. IF you went here before March 2014 you will remember the good Papa Razzi. IF you try this now you will agree with my comments.

Went on a Saturday night with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. at 1st I thought that the services was so horrible because it was a busy night but no. The severs had the time to stand around and socialize. Multiple times we heard people complaining to management about cold food and people not getting their orders correctly or people not even getting anything at all. The cooks did a great job food was delicious. But the service was horrible. I think they discriminated against us because of what we were wearing gave people who looked richer more attention assuming we wouldn't tip as much. Also if you are going to have stupid conversations and talk smack about customers do it somewhere not near them. And last of all so unorganized. I felt the tension between the management and the staff about who's table was who's. Someone stole a table from someone. someone forgetting about a table etc. I'm a customer I shouldn't know about the problems going on in your restaurant.
