Scott is a money hungry fraud, who should be ashamed of himself. Not only did he claim "bankruptcy" and chapter 11, but he took our money and did not complete our package. We never received any actual photos or an album, both of which we paid for. All we got were 4 cds of photos, many of which are not even that great. I seriously hope this fraud is still not doing weddings, because you WILL be disappointed. I would do anything to go back in time and choose a DIFFERENT photographer. One that will not complain about where I want to take pictures, and one who actually delivers on a contract...

Extremely disappointed. I am one week shy of my 1 year wedding anniversary and still have no album and no photos to share with friends and family. To pick out the 80 photos to include in the album, I had to use a website that had 1100 photos that were all out of order - very difficult to compare pictures. They would not print us any proofs to compare. Then, once we decided on the pictures to use, I had to go through multiple drafts to essentially design the album myself. What I was not told when signing a check over to them for $3,000 was that they outsource the album design to someone else. When the first draft came in and I was upset with it, I asked to meet with Scott Mitchell and he said there was no point for him to meet with me because he has nothing to do with the design process, and I could only communicate with the designer via the website. Well - the website didn't work, which made that a difficult task. Frankly, I could have designed a better album on Instagram for a tiny fraction of the amount I spent. To add insult to injury, I had asked them to send me the CD or DVD containing all of the pictures which I own per our contract. They mailed me one that contained a little over 500 photos. Knowing from the awful ordeal of picking the album photos from the website, that was less than half of the actual photos that were taken. To date - they have not provided me with the rest of the pictures. Overall - I am extremely disappointed with their service and am sad to still not have an album that was paid in full over a year ago. A family member used their services years ago and was satisfied. It seems things have gone down hill significantly since then. I regret spending any money hiring them for my Wedding and hope anyone that reads this seriously considers looking elsewhere.
