I worked with Alan Thomas and he went above and beyond to help me today. He helped me with a wire and then was very patient with me and talked me through all the steps when I later returned after I realized I had made a mistake. He even stayed past closing time to help fix MY mistake and was very kind, patient and understanding the entire time. I can not thank him enough. Best bank employee I have ever worked with

Was helped by Alan Thomas and I've never received such great customer service. His overall kindness, and his extreme knowledge about all of my questions left me feeling satisfied by the end of my call. Felt like he genuinely meant it when he said to have a good day! Definitely deserves a raise, seem's he's always at work whenever I need help he's the one that gets back to me the quickest.
