Im a college student trying to get tested for COVID because its required by my college. I called because Im waiting at a drive thru testing center but no one is coming outside to start testing when it opened 45 minutes ago. The woman that answered the phone told me that she cant help me, all she does is supply the hotline. Im just confused why she couldnt contact them to ask what is going on or at least try to help. I dont want to take the test, its required by my college and its crazy that I have to travel 20 miles from my home to get tested.
