After hurricane Ida it was impossible to get a call back from many water mitigation companies. Pure Service Pro responded within an hour and made arrangements to help us that night. They were extremely professional! The crew that arrived was amazing!! Although they had worked a full day, they went through the night to make sure that our job was done and done well. They were knowledgeable and we were pleased with every part of our experience! I would recommend them to everyone in need of their services. We had a french drain installed in our basement approximately one year ago. We had discovered some mold in our basement, but because the basement is partially finished we were unable to determine the extent of the mold problem without removing the walls. The cost of having the french drain installed (and restoring the basement) was significant, but we decided to proceed with the project because it seemed like the right thing to do. Once the project got started and the walls were removed, it generally appeared that the mold problem was not as extensive as I had feared. After the job was completed, I was a bit frustrated at first because the cost of restoring the walls was much more than I had anticipated, and I was thinking that the project may not have been worth the price. However, the french drain has been working very well. During the rains from Hurricane Ida, we did not have a drop of water in our basement, whereas several people we know in town experienced extensive flooding in their basements. In addition, our basement has a noticeably better air quality and is less muggy than before the french drain was installed. Andre provided great service throughout the project and I am glad he convinced us to get the french drain. It seems like it will be worth the investment in the long run. Service: Waterproofing

We had terribly leaking from groundwater in our basement and had two sum pumps that worked terribly and were put in badly. Pro service pro gave a great and thorough proposal for the job and worked with us on price. They installed a French drain on the three walls we had issues with and redid the concrete afterwards.
