New Jersey Brain and Spine

The staff and payment method is outdated. The older stuff is grumpy that reflects to the younger staff. My doctor was rude and defensive because I explained what happened to the previous doctor but fell on deaf ears. Had me do unnecessary X-ray test. I paid about 600 for 45 minutes and spoke to him for 15 minutes. Second visit I paid about $400 for 15 minutes visit. After I paid about $1200 I get phone call saying a doctor doesn't take my insurance. Wish it was my same problem for my previous doctor which I explained to him. But I'm glad they did because I end up finding a way better doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL.

My dad was referred to this practice after he broke a lumbar disc and worsened his herniated disc. As far as I know, the only thing that was recommended was Physical Therapy, even after numerous phone calls from myself detailing his concerns and pains, and multiple appointments. With how limited my dads mobility was, and how he is in constant pain, I don't understand their plan. We have found him a new doctor, Physiatrist Dr Annunziato, and after 1 visit, he has prescribed him nerve medicine, referred him to a Pain Management Injection specialist, and a Neurosurgeon specialist. I only wish I knew that he was still in pain, so I could have found him the new doctor sooner.

Everyone in this Dr's office from the front desk to the Doctor are all great, helpful and accomodating people.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kahn and his entire staff. Dr. Khan spent a lot of time with my husband and explaining the results of my MRI and my options. I ended up in a lot of pain over the weekend and had to go to the ER. Dr. Khan's office communicated with me all weekend via email and cell. I was blown away by their attention to detail and responsiveness. Dr. Khan is a conservative and very knowledgeable surgeon. He ended up performing a discectomy on me, and I'm very grateful I found him.

I took my son for a 30 mins appointment with Dr Tim Vogel who was great and then i received a bill of 700$ as they dont take cigna insurance which nobody told me while booking appointment. And after getting bill and paying it, they kept on sending me new bills every month, even after calling billing department 50 times no one picks the phone and seems like they are always on breaks. I would not recommend this practice.
