Never called me when they said they would to give me my appointment time two days before appointment . Then called day of appointment at 7:30 am
And said my appointment was in 30 min and if I cant make it there I would have to reschedule

Today February 12, 2024 just had a colonoscopy by Dr. Katz and have to rate all of staff especially Alexa my nurse and Carolyn the admin check in plus the anesthesiologist and nurse who administered iv all fantastic, polite, professional beyond. Made me feel comfortable and special. Thank you for a great experience.

So they will call you the day before your procedure, tell you to come in earlier, so you can sit in their full lobby for hours before they even take your name for your procedure.
And you have already been without food or water for at least 10 hours prior. What a joke.

Checked me in right on time. Nurses we're lovely --explained exactly what to expect. The anesthesiologist was reassuring. The doctor was great. Everyone was attentive and everything went well.
