This was my first time buying a home and everything was confusing for me. I found a real estate agent who was great and he introduced me to Rimma, so I took his advice and gave her a call. She did not disappoint. Rimma is extremely knowledgeable and very communicative and it was a pleasure working with her. The mortgage process can be stressful, but Rimma eliminated our stress completely by always keeping us in the loop. Low interest rates during the pandemic have caused agents and real estate lawyers to be very busy, but she always responded to us immediately no matter how busy she was. I HIGHLY recommend Rimma!
