I was gifted a “peace lily” by a friend, only to realize what they sent me was not a peace lily, but some sort of palm or dracaena with some Lilys (not even peace lilys) stuck in the soil. I was very disappointed because not only is this false advertising, but my friend paid a lot to have a peace lily sent to me. After calling to try to make it right and be refunded, not only did the first employee I spoke to lie to me and say it was a peace lily and it “hasn’t bloomed yet” (not true, I’m an avid plant lover and I know the difference), but then she put another person on the phone who then admitted it was a “comparable plant” (for $70? I don’t think so) and they would send me another when they had them in stock. So you’re just out here falsely advertising, and lying to customers and hoping they don’t realize they didn’t get what they paid for? No thanks. Please do better, and if you plan on ordering from this florist, proceed with caution.
