I contracted with G & G (Walt Gillespie and Tom Gillespie) for a new bulkhead in the fall of 2016 and gave them a $10,000 deposit. They never performed for TWO years and they lied continuously. In the summer of 2018, I terminated the contract and demanded my money back. Only after I filed a complaint with the Cape May County Department of Consumer Affairs and the Ocean City Police Department did they respond with a promise to repay the deposit only to almost immediately breach their agreement to return my deposit. I'm still chasing these people for my money. They took my deposit and spent it and now will not return it. In addition, I subsequently learned about two other customers that have had to redo their faulty work. I recommend that everyone avoid these people.
