I moved to EACA in 1996, and at that time it, and most of Ocean Grove, was rather dumpy, but I was in need of an affordable place to live. However, as Ocean Grove began to renew itself, EACA did as well and today it is well managed and my property value has at least quadrupled. Interior and exterior maintenance are excellent and the condominium board works closely with a national company that manages condos.

Well in glad I didn't stay there long
